These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with the apps (the “Service”) developed by Seet Chern Hway (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our apps (the “Service”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Subscription

Some parts of the Service are billed on an auto-renewable subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”) and offered through a paid in-app purchase which, among other things, provide certain features that are not available to user of the standard, free version of our Service. When you buy an in-app purchase, you are doing so through the platform (Apple App Store, or Microsoft Store) where you originally acquired the Service and are agreeing to their terms and conditions.

When you subscribe to the Service, you shall follow the procedures set forth in the platform where you originally acquired the Service for viewing subscription history or cancelling automatic renewal. For instance, if you subscribed to the Service via Apple App Store, you shall follow Apple’s procedures for subscription management or refund as set forth at https://support.apple.com/en-ap/HT202039; Or if you subscribed to the Service via Microsoft Store’s in-app purchase, you shall follow Microsoft’s procedures as set forth at https://www.microsoft.com/storedocs/terms-of-sale respectively.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

We and our licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
